07.10.16 – Breakfast Session “Digital media and internationalization”
50 years after the victory of his father, author and travel journalist Kris Clerckx pays tribute to Henri ‘Rik’ Clerckx by participating in the São Silvestre Corrida in São Paulo December 31st 2013.
Previous winners of the most important running contest in South America are legendary athletes such as Zatopek, Roelants and Tergat, and also Henri Clerckx, who finished first exactly 50 years ago.
The participation of his son Kris marks the start of a significant media project about: “Belgian success stories in Brazil”.
RTBF will follow Kris during his preparations for the race, but more interviews, reports, articles, a book, a website and an exposition will focus on the strong connection between Brazil and Belgium on a commercial and societal level.
Belofloripa, created by a Brazilian and strongly linked with the country, has decided to fully support Kris Clerckx and we hope you do the same thing!
