The business guarantees added value in the area of logistics, and in this context regularly launches new concepts to meet their clients’ needs. One of these new concepts was launched a few years ago in Belgium and proved to be a great success. The business saw an opportunity to expand this concept for the world market. Due to the scope of the Brazilian sales market and Brazil’s interest in this sector, the business wished to find out whether this concept could actually create added value within this particular market.

Despite the size of the business and the specialist departments that they had available, our client noticed that when exploring the Brazilian market, they needed a partner with in-depth knowhow and expertise.

Belofloripa’s Approach

The first step involved carrying out in-depth market research within the sector, focusing on the new concept. Following positive results, which suggested that the company would have the opportunity to enter the market as a pioneer, a trade mission was organised. The personal visits to over twenty-seven companies were of crucial importance in convincing these businesses of the efficacy of the new concept.
